Kevin will present an overview of the Clean Power Plan rule and what it means for Illinois, including key changes from the proposed rule, compliance pathways available to the state and key threshold issues for developing an implementation plan.
Kevin Greene serves as the Clean Air Policy Advisor for IEPA’s Bureau of Air. He coordinates an internal agency team that is evaluating policy choices for implementing the federal Clean Power Plan rule.
Kevin has been with IEPA since 1996. Previously he managed IEPA’s Office of Pollution Prevention.
